Tortolani Toucan Tokee Tokee Parrot Bird Brooch  - Green and Blue Enamel. Hard to find these little guys anymore. Measures 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 and in excellent vintage condition. His enameling and leading copyright mark dates him to the mid-60's. Pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
