Staret Wishing Well Enamel Pave Rhinestones Mechanical Vintage Figural Brooch 1930s.  In excellent vintage condition, all enamel, stones and metal are original and bright with very minor chipping, this Wishing Well brooch has featured in several costume jewelry reference books. The well chain loops over the turning mechanism allowing the charms to be shorter or longer as desired.  The unsigned Staret wishing well measures 4 inches with the charms and chains equally balanced.  The Bow pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.  Lots of eye-catching movement when worn.
