Silson Enameled Question Locket Patriotic WW2 Vintage Figural Pin Brooch 1940.  Gorgeous shining and large, this sweetheart royal blue enameled question brooch was designed by Victor Silson and received patent approval in April 1940 - DES 120,174.  The pin measures 3 3/4 inches tall including locket.  The locket opens and closes smoothly. The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.  The pictures are both flash and natural light.
