Reja Buccaneer Pirate Sapphire & Gold Plate Vintage Figural Brooch.  In excellent vintage condition, the stones and plate are bright and shining.  The detailed accents are original and extant. Unsigned, the piece measures 2 1/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.  Nice piece with some weight to it.
