In excellent vintage condition, this is a substantial brooch - well made and well-designed. The glass stones are original and bright with the typical Pennino pointed framed stones, the gold plate is excellent and shining.  The rhinestones are original and bright. The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
