Foltz Bakelite Carved Scottie Dog Christmas Tree Vintage Figural Brooch. A custom carved green bakelite tree with three intricately carved Scottie dogs signed by Jim Foltz and dated 2004. The tree is in excellent vintage condition. Measuring 1 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/4 inches wide.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
