Boucher American Patriotic Waving Flag WW2 Vintage Figural Pin Brooch.  A patriotic WW2 brooch designed by Marcel Boucher and manufactured in the early 1940s.  A substantial rhodium piece, the flag measures 3 1/4 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches wide.  A high-end flag consists of red-ribbons of red enamel and 6 columns of icy clear rhinestones.  The blue enameled stars background is accented by clear embedded rhinestones.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.  Signed with the Boucher Cie MB Phrygian Cap on the upper right hand corner by the flag pole.  Very difficult to find - absolutely beautiful brooch.
