Art Deco Ruby & Rhinestone Dress Shoe Clips Vintage Figural Pin Brooch Set.  In very good vintage condition, all stones are bright and sparkling.  The clips were manufactured to be used as either dress clips or shoe clips.  They measure 1 1/4 inches tall and are well-made.  The clasps on both open smoothly and close securely.
