Vintage British UK Framed Bobby Figural Dangling Costume Brooch.  In excellent vintage condition, this framed brooch dates to the 1940s and unique. The gold-tone plated frame and dangling detailed and enameled Bobby measures 1 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/4 inches wide.  Manufacturer and designer unknown.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.  A lovely and unique brooch in collector's condition.
