Korda Jungle Book Drummer Rice Weiner Vintage Figural Brooch 1942. In very good vintage condition this movie-tie in piece designed by Louis C Mark has excellent enamel and gold tone accents, the drum head has some age speckles. The brooch measures 2 1/4 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches tall.  This Rice Weiner piece is featured in the excellent Brunialti book Tribute to America on page 168-169. The drummer and drum are attached with rivets and have some movement.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
