Rice-Weiner Dragon Cloisonné Bead Pin Brooch designed by Louis C. Mark. The dragon brooch has the Qun Li symbol marking. Very good vintage condition - original pre-War cloisonné bead - brooch made in the early 1940s. Heavy bronze-tone piece measures 2 1/4 x 1 1/2.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
