Neiger Brothers Double Lion Triple Circle Faux Jade Dangle Vintage Brooch.  In excellent vintage condition, this older Egyptianate Neiger Dangle brooch dates to the 1930s.  The faux jade dangles are in perfect sparkling condition.  The overall size of the brooch measures 3 1/2 inches from top of the circles to the bottom of the longest dangle.  Part of a large Neiger collection, an excellent example of Neiger.   The pin back is straight and strong, the older roll-over clasp works securely.
