Mazer Dimensional Pinwheel Blue Red Icy Rhinestones Vintage Pin Brooch.  In very good vintage condition, this substantial and weighty brooch measures just under 3 inches tall by just over 2 1/4 inches wide.  The blue and red oval rhinestones are all original and bright.  The icy clear rhinestones accenting the swirling ribbon-like gold plate are shining and bright with a few slightly darkening from age.  A lovely brooch long attributed to Mazer, the plate and stones on the front are bright, some wear on the plate on the back.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
