LATR Billy the Chili Brooch & Earrings Vintage Figural Set. A Chili-Packing Cowboy Lunch at the Ritz 80's set in excellent and unworn condition. A big, bright attention blast of a set. Billy measures just over 3 inches tall with lots going on - all bits and pieces are there - a lot of eye-catching movement when worn. The earrings measure 4 1/2 inches long and are clasp-operated. They are wearable weight, barely. Manufactured in the 1980s and bought brand-new in Texas (of course) but never worn as it takes major moxie and determined earlobes to do so. The Billy brooch has a necklace bail as an option, the pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
