Art Deco Larry Winters Mechanical Wishing Well Vintage Costume Figural Pin Brooch.  Larry Winters created several pins brooches with a distinctive color palate - the Wishing Well and the Windmill are very similar in color and construction and manufactured in 1939.  The Wishing Well is in good vintage condition, all stones are original and bright, the enamel is very good. The pin back is straight and strong and the clasp closes securely. The Well measures just under 1 3/4 inches tall.
