Fred Grey Pelican Made in USA Vintage Figural Costume Brooch.  In very good vintage condition, the pelican measures just over 3 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches tall.  The rhinestones and enamel are shining and bright.  The pelican was manufactured in the 1940s.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
