Art Deco Floral Decollete Morning Glory Dress Clip Vintage Figural Pin Brooch.  A very large decollete clip - when the 1920s Dad is watching what you all wear when leaving the house - measuring 2 3/4 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide.  The silver plate is bright and intricately molded with flowers, petal and leaves. The dress clips opens and closes smoothly and locks very tightly.
