Erwin Pearl Royal Crown Scepter Turquoise & Ruby Vintage Figural Earrings.  Gorgeous earrings date to the 1990s - hard to find.  Earrings are in excellent vintage condition. The earrings are a match to the EP Royal Scepter Brooch and measure 1 1/2 inches tall and are clasp type.  The stones and metal are all original and bright.  Matches the EP Scepter also on this site.
