Erwin Pearl Royal Crown Scepter Turquoise & Ruby Vintage Figural Brooch.  Gorgeous brooch dates to the 1990s - very few were manufactured.   An ornate and beautiful brooch in excellent vintage condition. This well-designed brooch measures a large and balanced 2 3/4 inches tall. The stones and metal are all original and bright. The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely and the back features a necklace bail if desired. A lovely and rare statement-sized brooch.
