These highly detailed wire work brooches came from higher-end department stores with hang-tags during the 60's.  This nice, well-made and substantial wire and woven-work peacock brooch measures 1 1/2 inches tall x 2 inches wide.  There were dozens of different animals, Christmas brooches, fruit and sea life versions created by Eisenberg.  I have a rather large collection of them and only know they are Eisenberg as they originally had their tags when purchased.
