Coro Katz Enamel Horse Head Dress Clip Figural Vintage Brooch 1940s.  Hard to find horse is credited to Adolph Katz and released in 1940. This is an excellent horse head brooch with deep blue eyes - rarely seen. Figural measures  1/4 inches tall by just under 1 inch wide.   The enamel and rhinestones are in excellent condition for the age of the piece. Unsigned dress clip mechanism is clean, opens and closes smoothly and holds securely. I've seen it in a reference book but cannot remember which.
