DeMille Rice Weiner Northwest Mounted Police Vintage Figural Brooch Chatelaine

Cecil B DeMille Northwest Mounted Police Vintage Figural Pin Brooch Chatelaine 1940.  Attributed to Rice Weiner as the manufacturer for this brightly enameled figural set released as a jewelry remembrance for the DeMille movie Northwest Mounted Police released by Paramount Studios. Both character brooches are in very good vintage condition - enamel and metal are good and bright with some minor wear to Riel's copper veneer. The chain is original and bright. Pin backs are straight and lock strongly.  Canadian Mountie Sergeant Jim Brett measures 3 1/4 inches tall - Indian Riel measures just under 3 inches. These pieces are serious movie jewelry collectors items and, while not socially acceptable to wear, carry significant value as historical American jewelry and movie pieces.
