Carnegie Ruby & Ice Japanned Leaf Vintage Figural Brooch.  In good vintage condition, some missing japanned coating here and there, a marked Hattie Carnegie brooch from a large collection by a avid Carnegie jewelry collector.  The leaf measures 3 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches tall.  The rhinestones are particularly beautiful against the japanned frame.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
