Carnegie Fanciful Dolphin Fish Vintage Figural Costume Brooch.  An older Carnegie, split signed both Hattie and Carnegie on the tail, this fish is in very good vintage condition.  Measuring 1 1/2 inches tall by just under 1 inch wide, the stones, bead and plate are bright and shining.  Highly detailed, the fish is hard to find.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.
