Boucher Massive Floral Basket Pot Metal & Rhinestones - Restrike 1970s.  It may be signed Boucher but it is not. It's a restrike and a very nice piece on it's own.  It's substantial, well-made and measures 3 1/2 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches tall.  All stones are present and shining, the metal is clear and clean.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks clearly.  A nice coat pin for Spring Time.
