Art Deco Jose Rodriquez Parrot Bird Vintage Costume Figural Pin Brooch.  Jose Rodriquez designed this Parrot pin brooch as part of a collection dating to the late 30s or early 40s.  Piece is in excellent vintage condition and comes from a private large 70 year enamel collection. The Parrot measures 3 inches tall. Pin back is straight, clasp locks tight, all rhinestones are original and present.
