Art Deco Floral Dress Clip Sapphire Stones Vintage Figural Pin Brooch.  In very good condition, dating to the early 1940s.  The clip measures 2 1/4 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches wide.  The stones, faux pearl accents and gold tone plate are bright and shining. The dress clip opens and closes smoothly and holds securely.
