Art Deco Decollete Floral Dimensional Rose Gold Leaf Dress Clip Vintage Pin Brooch.  A big brooch designed as Decollete coverage in the late 20's, early 30s.  Well-designed including a floral embossed design on the backing plate, the brooch measures 1 3/4 inches wide by just over 2 inches tall.  The dress clip opens and closes smoothly and locks down securely.
