Art Deco Brass Plate Triple Floral Dress Clip Vintage Figural Brooch.  In excellent vintage condition, this is a high-end and substantial decollete dress clip.  Made specifically for the neckline modesty of a dress or blouse, this piece dates to the 1920s or earlier. Measuring 2 1/4 inches tall by just over 2 inches wide, this is larger than most clips.  The highly decorated pin back opens and closes smoothly and holds securely with small hooks.
