ART Chuckling Buddha Emperor Vintage Figural Necklace Pendent. Clearly ART and HAR were the same company or used the same molds and designers and had an "understanding". I have this piece signed by both HAR and ART and they are identical. Napier got in there too as well as CFW. This late 50's ART piece is mint and unworn and shiny bright. The Buddha or Emperor measures 2 1/4 inches tall. The chain, well made and also mint and bright, measures 20 inches long. In collector's condition.
