Monet Circus Most Fabulous Horse Vintage Figural Pin Brooch.  This is a big vintage costume jewelry brooch measuring 3 1/4 inches tall from plume to tassels.  Lots of wearable movement with 3 dangling tassels and one jade bead accent.  In very good vintage condition with some minor metal wear on halter.  Hard to find with the tassels and headpiece accent.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely.  May be more suitable for a coat or handbag as it's a substantial piece.
