Coro Friends Forever Emblem of the Americas patriotic pin brooch was designed by Lester Gaba in 1941 and patented as Des 130,836. This large 2 3/4 tall brooch is in excellent unworn vintage condition, the enameled flags are clearly delineated and unchipped and refer to 21 American Republics. The Amigos Siempre ribbon is in excellent condition and translates to Friends Forever. The rhodium gold-tone finish is in perfect condition - bright and shining. The pin is in unworn condition and part of a 70 years in the making enamel brooch collection and stored in acid-free tissue in a controlled environment. An excellent wearable or collectible level patriotic brooch. Photographed with and without flash.
