Block Aladdin Blackamoor Chatelaine Double Headed Vintage Figural Brooch.  In excellent mint and unworn condition, this apparel chatelaine by Fred Block is a close representation of the Coro Aladdin figural manufactured in the early 1940s.  The Aladdin figural measures 2 3/4 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches wide.  The double headed figural measures 1 1/4 inches wide.  The double chain measures 6 inches side to side.  The pin backs are straight and strong, the clasps lock securely.

Fred Block occasionally was asked to commission movie tie-in jewelry to match seasonal apparel.  This figural set has been tied to the movie A Thousand and One Nights produced by Alfred E. Green.
