Art Deco Sterling Royal Griffin Marcasite Vintage Figural Pin Brooch. In excellent vintage condition, this highly detailed griffin or dragon measures just over 1 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/4 inches wide.  The sterling and marcasites are original and bright.  The griffin dates to the late 1920s early 1930s and well manufactured.  The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely. The piece has not been polished.
