American 1960s Massive Statement Size Heron Vintage Figural Pin Brooch. Manufactured in the early 1960s, this is a substantial heron or fantasy bird brooch. The pin measures a large statement making piece at 5 1/4 inches tall. The gold plate and faux pearls are clean, present and original. The amber rhinestones are sparkling and different sizes, a couple are missing. The pin back is straight and strong, the clasp locks securely. Beautiful shining bird brooch looking very like the 1940s Boucher Heron.
